Nice and clean place, lovely staff.

Pleasant little hotel with very friendly/helpful owner. Room was comfortable but a little dated. The communal toilet/shower was not mentioned in the listing and some may find this off-putting.
Friendly clean perfect. Great view of the park but we had a small window. Still great.

Nice atmosphere, room and staff, but the room was quite dusty and far too hot. Also, the loo in the room was broken.
Very quick easy check-in and checkout. Clean tidy room perfect for a weekend stay and great location in heart or northern quarter.
Still needs some work to be done, there is great potential here, but it’s missing bits too.

Great stay at Dreamhouse. Property owner really helpful and pleasant. Great location and a stone throw away from central Manchester, there are shops around the corner for provisions and we found our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
I spent two days in Manchester for work and this place was ideal. Great location with the added benefit of secure parking. Truly a gem and so glad I chose to stay there. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
The problem is that the room service isn’t good, only one of the house keeper does her job proper but the others no, and there lots of things needs maintenance comparing it’s expensive.
