Researched the company before asking my insurance that I wanted to bring my car to Sapphire Garage, reviews were good and I wasn’t disappointed. Office staff were really friendly and helpful, got calls from them to keep me up to date about delivery status of parts. Overall a good experience – everything was very professional. You might think getting your car repaired is a quite straight forward thing, I have dealt with garages before assigned by insurances which had horrendous customer service. Can only recommend Sapphire Garage, wish they would offer more things around your car, it’s hard to find a garage that you can trust.
