Great gym, friendly people and amazing classes. Strong potential. Coaches are well trained, giving feedback to all members in the class. SBG is one of the best MMA gyms in the UK if not the world and the Manchester department emits this atmosphere. Would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been coming to SBG for the last four months consistently and I love it! The coaching is top quality and easy to follow. Everybody at the gym is super friendly and I would recommend SBG to everyone!

Manchester Karate’s online Quarantine lessons are a superb way of keeping my Karate and my fitness in good condition during lock-down. The live lessons are a good mix of working hard on your techniques, 👌

Have been attending the classes for the last 5 months, it’s safe to say it’s the best Martial Arts Dojo that I’ve been to so far.

I been going to woman self defense and kickboxing and yoga class for over a year now and I can honestly say is amazing atmosphere and very well run classes. If you looking for a place to train you will not be disappointed
