I had my last pair of specs and sunglasses from the Manchester branch and my latest from the new Chorlton shop. Had great service on both occasions with Lisa in particular going above and beyond to provide great customer service. The choice of frames is excellent, especially for those of us with smaller faces and who often found that frames were too large or heavy for them. Lots of choice here and something very different from the run of the mill choices found elsewhere. Highly recommended.

I have been to Framed for years and one of the main reasons is because of Sarah and the personal service I receive. She recommends frames that suit me and gives her opinion on complimentary styles. Very happy with the service at this great opticians. The optician Asam is very professional and helpful. I will be coming here now for all my eye tests and glasses. I got a very nice pair and needed a set of sunglasses for short notice and I got them the day after. Highly recommended.
Very good opticians with full covid protection in place. I highly recommend them and the optician Asam is very knowledgeable and professional.
I felt disgusted by the rude treatment by the blonde woman at reception.
