I have had lower back pain for nearly 20 years after being told that not much could be done when I was younger. Four sessions in and after doing some heavy lifting that would normally result in a fair bit of discomfort and I’m pain free. I can’t recommend Mark enough and should have seen him years ago
Throughout the end of my military career, I had 2 months worth of treatment from Mark due to the lower back injury that happened to me from my time serving. Unfortunately the military does not have any osteopaths, when this would be highly beneficial for many serving personal.
Prior to receiving treatment from Mark my back often went into spasm leaving me unable to do anything for at least a few days, the pain was crippling. I now visit Mark about once a month spending about 45 minutes receiving treatment, which since I started this preventative action has resulted in no problems at all with my back. This is certainly testimony to his skills and that prevention is in my opinion is better way of managing any problems.
